  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Data Processing and Privacy

  • AI models process Your Content to generate responses

  • You may delete Your Content at any time
  • We may retain certain data for legal compliance purposes

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Service Level

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9.2 Support

  • Support levels vary by subscription plan
  • Enterprise customers receive priority support
  • Support is provided in English

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
